Abstract
Pariwisata sebagai generator ekonomi masyarakat global adalah suatu paradoks, di satu sisi pariwisata adalah bersentuhan dengan kesejahteraan masyarakat, di sisi lain pariwisata membutuhkan lahan (tanah) untuk beraktivitas baik sebagai hotel, restorant dan fasilitas lainnya yang bersentuhan dengan pariwisata.
