Abstract

That is about contractor selection method, document bidding sending method, evaluate document bidding method, define contract type Some reference present, method selection of contractors is Free Bidding, but in some condition for efficiency, can do Limitation Bidding, direct bidding or direct define. Sending and receive Document bidding method, that are one amplop, two amplop and two phase method Mehod of evaluate document bidding are do with 3 (three) phase, that are evaluate of document administration for the first, evaluate of document technic, and price evaluate at the end To define type of contract, that are two option that are lumpsump contract and Unit Price, where must be considered with site location or owner conditions
