In analyzing the data, I applied the theory of Halliday and Hasan (1976) in their book entitled Cohesion in English as the main theory. And it is supported by other theories that are considered relevant to the topic discussed in this paper. There are three methodologies that are used in this research, they are: data source, data collection, and data analysis. The data source of this paper is taken from the outgoing letters (e-mail) of KU DE TA restaurant.
