Abstract
Renaissance Nusa Dua, Bali Phase II Project is a tourism infrastructure built in the Lot SW 4 & 5 Tourism Area, Jl. Lulut, Nusa Dua, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali. This project is planned to have 10 villa units with each villa unit consisting of 2 floors. The owner of the Renaissance Nusa Dua, Bali Phase II project is PT Royal Pacific Nusantara with a project value of Rp. 20,923,973,948.00. The project began construction on 1,400 ha of land from September 28, 2024 and is planned to be completed on September 29, 2025, which is a 365-day work period from the date of the contract. During the implementation stage of the Renaissance Nusa Dua, Bali Phase II Project, there was a delay. This was due to changes in several structural & architectural designs. According to the contractor's estimate, this causes an increase in time and an estimated project completion date of November 10, 2025. To catch up on the delay in project implementation, certain efforts are needed that may be carried out by the contractor, namely by increasing working hours and adding workers. With the change in method, the project time and cost will change. From this problem, the author wants to plan the acceleration of time and costs needed to accelerate project implementation by using the Crash Program implementation method where structural work can be done simultaneously with finishing work which can affect the project completion time by adding working hours or adding workers. This can result in increased project implementation costs. From the acceleration calculations using the crash program method, the most optimal alternative is to add more workers, with a total duration of 335 days. The acceleration costs required are direct costs of Rp. 15,875,668,261, indirect costs of Rp. 1,016,725,000, and a total acceleration cost of Rp.16,892,393,261.
