Abstract
Companies in running projects often encounter difficulties or constraints like the weather, availability of raw materials, morale, and communication. Therefore, companies who carry out the project should be able to make proper planning to be in the implementation of the project can be completed on time with the appropriate cost estimate as well. Network planning with Critical Path Method (CPM) is a management technique that can be used to plan and control the execution of a project, which shows the period of implementation of activities and shows the relationship between events. The project, being the object of research is planning the implementation of development Tana Dewa Villa Jimbaran‐Bali constructing by PT.BUMI PESONA MANDIRI located in the Housing Taman Griya Jimbaran‐Bali is a company engaged in developer, in planning time and costs for these firms do a series of stages‐planning, in addition to planning and scheduling company also conducts periodic monitoring of the planned project, from planning carried out by the company then conducted a study to find out whether the company is planning is right and what is an obstacle in the plan.
