Abstract

Dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mendukung penelitian-penelitian yang lain mengenai beluntas dan diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai penggunaan perbandingan tepung terigu dan tepung tapioca yang tepat untuk keripik daun berluntas, sehingga tidak cepat layu/tidak renyah dan dapat memperpanjang umur penyimpanan.
